All postal items are subject to a 14 day return policy. They must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging they were delivered. Returns must be posted via a service which covers the value of the goods. If unsure which service to use please contact the store. Items will only be refunded if they are in the same working and physical condition they were sent out. 

Postage is not refunded and the customer must pay for return delivery.

Item can be secured for just a 20% deposit. (deposit is non-refundable unless the item is not as described or defect/faulty)

Items up to £999 give you 3 months to pay off the remaining balance

Items over £1000 give you 6 months to pay off the remaining balance.

We can accept alternative deposits via cash, card or bank transfer.

The item can only be collected/posted once the full payment has been made. This is not a credit agreement. 

You can pay the full balance off at any point and no extra charges are made for early payments. The item will be available immediately for collection/postal.

Warranty begins when the item is collected ensuring you recieve the maxium protection time.
