LAYAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

By paying a deposit on our 'layaway' scheme you are accepting that the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is only refundable if the item is not as described.

 

When the final payment for a layaway is made online it will be available to collect in store one hour later (during standard opening times only)

If you wish to return your item once you have received your layaway, our returns policy is indicated below.

RETURNS POLICY

IN STORE

 

ELECTRICAL GOODS

 

Can only be returned if the item is faulty or not as described therefore triggering the 6 month warranty given with all electrical goods (unless stated). This does not cover accidental damage. All Cellular items come with a lifetime guarantee against being blocked/barred.

 

The device will be required to be left with the store to identify the issue, the process of solution goes as;
1. Find the apparent fault (if no fault can be found returning the product will not be possible)

2. Repair the item (this may take days or weeks)

3. If item can’t be repaired then a like for like replacement will be given.

4. If no repair nor replacement can be offered a full refund will be issued**

 

*Barred/Blocked phones will be refunded at the current 2nd hand market values as decided by Cashbrokers

** If an item is not in the condition it was originally sold as deductions to the refund will be made.

 

If a customer simply changes their mind, then a refund is not possible, but an exchange credit note may be offered. This is at the discretion of management and only applicable within 7 days of purchase or otherwise as agreed by management previously in writing.

 

JEWELLERY GOODS

 

Jewellery items (excluding watches) sold in store are only returnable if they are not as describe on the sale receipt/certification. Items are sold as seen; it is the customers responsibility to check they are happy with the condition of the goods at the time of purchasing.

 

Watches sold in store are only returnable if they are not as describe on the sale receipt/certification. Watches come with a limited warranty which will be determined on the sale receipt. Warranty is limited to the mechanics of the watch only.

 

The watch will be required to be left with the store to identify the issue, the process of solution goes as:

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The item must be received back in store no later than the 14th day after it was successfully delivered. The item must be sent via insured post and in the original packaging and condition it was dispatched in. If there are any defects or ‘accounts & passcodes’ left on devices a refund will not be offered.

 

Faulty items triggering the 6 month warranty given with all electrical goods (unless stated) must be sent back to the store via secure post. Warranty does not cover accidental damage. All Cellular items come with a lifetime guarantee against being blocked/barred.

 

The device will go through the below process:

1. Item identified as the original item sold

2. Item checked for passcodes, accounts and damage.
3. Find the apparent fault (if no fault can be found returning the product will not be possible)

4. Repair the item (this may take days or weeks)

5. If item can’t be repaired then a like for like replacement will be given.

6. If no repair nor replacement can be offered a full refund will be issued**
